Safe handling
It must be possible to safely turn off tools, such as milling cutters, etc. Make sure that guards
remain closed until the cutters stop rotating.
It should be possible to release parts by manual operation (valves).
Safe design
Grippers/end effectors must be designed so that they retain workpieces in the event of a power
failure or a disturbance of the controller.
CAUTION!
Ensure that a gripper is prevented from dropping a workpiece, if such is used.
