Use this procedure to inspect the oil level in gearbox axis 1.

Handling gearbox oil involves several safety risks.
Before proceeding, please read the safety informa-
tion in the section WARNING - Safety risks during
work with gearbox lubricants (oil or grease) on
page 50.

DANGER
Turn off all:
• electric power supply
• hydraulic pressure supply
• air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.

Open the oil plug, inspection.3
Required oil level: max. 10 mm below the oil plug
hole.
