workmanship under normal useand maintenance asfollows. All warranty periodsbegin onthe date of
original installation If a partfails due to defect during the applicable warranty period Companywill
provide a new or remanufactured part, at Company'soption,to replace the failed defective part at no
chargefor the part. Alternatively,and at itsoption,the Companywill allow a credit in the amount of the
then factory selling price for a new equivalent parttoward the retail purchaseprice of a new Company
product Except as otherwisestated herein, those are Company'sexclusiveobligations underthis
warranty for a product failure. This limited warranty is subject to all provisions, conditions,limitations
and exclusionslisted below end onthe reverse (ifany) of this document.
THISWARRANTYDOESNOTCOVERHUMIDIFIERWATERPADS- Humidifierwater pads are considered
wear items and are not covered by this warranty, The replacement costs of these pads are the
responsibility of the humidifier owner..Additional exclusionsare listed below or on the reverse, as
applicable.

the product, stating the defect or complaint and a specific request for repair, replacement, or other
correction of the product underwarranty, mailedat leastthirty (30}daysbeforepursuinganylegal rights
or remedies.
