  If your Casio Electronic Keyboard has no sound, try these steps: Ensure the AC adapter is correctly attached, the batteries are properly installed (+/–), and the batteries aren't dead. Also, check that the POWER/MODE switch is in the NORMAL position and that the MAIN VOLUME slider is turned up. Finally, make sure the POWER/MODE switch is not in the CASIO CHORD or FINGERED position.

  If your Casio Electronic Keyboard shows a dim power indicator, won't turn on, has a dim display, low or distorted sound, or sudden power failures when using batteries, the batteries are likely low. Replace them with a fresh set or use the AC adapter.
