DC Power Supply
Requires 4 AA-size batteries.
Replacing Batteries = ys >

Turn
the
computer
and
the
FA-6
OFF,
and
disconnect.

The
battery
cover
is
located
on
the
back
of
the
unit.
Press

slide
to
remove.
3)
Remove
all
of
the
old
batteries,
replacing
them
with
new
ones.
Do
not
mix
old
and
new
batteries,
and
ensure
proper
polarity
(8/0).
4)
Slide
the
battery
cover
back
to
the
original
position
to
close.
* Replace all 4 batteries.
*
Do
not
expose
batteries
to
fire.
This
may
cause
them
to
explode.

The
power
indicator
goes
out
under
the
following
conditions
when
the
FA-6
is
being
used
with
battery
power.
e Low FA-6 battery power

Pocket
computer
batteries
no
longer
able
to
supply
power
to
FA-6*

Two
conditions
noted
above
occur
simultaneously
The following steps should be taken to replace batteries when the power indicator does
not light.
