a
data
item
The
Copy
Function
lets
you
duplicate
selected
data.
This
function
helps
to
cut
down
input
time
when
you
have
multiple
data
items
with
similar
data.
You
simply
copy
the
original
and
then
make
any
necessary
changes
to
create
a
new
data
item.
