Heated Outside Rearview Mirrors

defrost mode.

defogger button. See “Rear Window Defogger” in the
Index for further information.
Drivers Outside Auto-Dimming
Rearview Mirror (If Equipped)
If equipped, the drivers electrochromic outside mirror
will adjust for the glare of headlamps behind you.
This feature is controlled using the on and off
settings found on the electrochromic mirror. See
“Electrochromic Day/Night Rearview Mirror
with Compass and Temperature” in the Index.
Convex Outside Mirror
Your passengers side mirror may be convex. A convex
mirrors surface is curved so you can see more from the
drivers seat.
CAUTION:
A convex mirror can make things (like other
vehicles) look farther away than they really are.
If you cut too sharply into the right lane, you
could hit a vehicle on your right. Check your
inside mirror or glance over your shoulder
before changing lanes.
