Welcome to your new IP Telephone!
In order to help you get acquainted with your new phone this help
sheet provides a basic description of the telephone’s features and
a “how to” guide for logging on to the IP phone and using some of
the more common functions. Details of how to obtain further
training materials are listed in this document.
Calls to the Emergency Services
If you make a 999 call directly to the Emergency Services,
you should then also dial 3333 and advise the Security
Lodge, stating your name, your exact location and the
nature of the emergency. This will ensure that security
staff can direct the emergency services and minimise
unnecessary delays.
