(1) Use a web browser and access:
hps://iptcucmpub.brockport.edu/ucmuser
(1) Use your Windows Username / Password to login.
(2) Click the Phones Tab
(3) Click Phone Sengs
(4)
Click Speed Dial Numbers and select Add a new Speed Dial

When entering in the number Prex the number with a 9
e.g.: 95551234


(1) You can simply forward the email with the aached voicemail.

(1) Listen to the new message
(2) Hit 5 to forward
(3) Provide an introducon
(4) Hit ## , enter the extension and then #.

(1) To forward calls, press the

Sokey.
(2a)Either Enter the phone number (You need to prex 9)
e.g.: 95551234
(2b) Or
to forward all calls to voicemail, press
Messages
(3) To cancel call forwarding, press


Handset light strip
Indicates an incoming call (ashing red) or new voice
message (steady
red).
Phone screen
Shows informaon about your phone such as directory
number, acve call
and line status, sokey opons,
speed dials, placed calls, and phone menu
lisngs.
Programmable
feature
buons
Phone lines and intercom lines
Buons illuminate to indicate status:
Green, steady: Acve call
Green, ashing: Held call
Privacy in use, one-way intercom call, DND acve,
or logged into Hunt Group .
Amber, ashing: Incoming call or reverng call
Red, steady: Remote line in use (shared line or
Line Status)
Red, ashing: Remote line on hold

Sokey buons
Depending on how your system administrator sets up
the phone, enable
sokey opons displayed on your
phone screen.
 Navigaon and
Select
buon
The Navigaon and Select buon allows you to scroll
through menus,
highlight items and select the
highlighted item.
6 Release Buon
Ends a connected call or session.
7 Hold/Resume
buon
Places an acve call on hold and resumes the held call.
8 Conference buon
Creates a conference call.
9 Transfer buon
Transfers a call.
10 Speakerphone
buon
Toggles the speakerphone on or o. When the speak-
erphone is on, the
buon is lit.
11 Mute buon
Toggles the microphone on or o. When the micro-
phone is muted, the
buon is lit.
12 Headset buon
Toggles the headset on or o. When the headset is on,
the buon is lit.
13 Keypad Allows you to dial phone numbers, enter leers, and
select menu items
(by entering the item number).
14 Volume buon
Controls the handset, headset, and speakerphone vol-
ume (o hook) and
the ringer volume (on hook).
15 Contacts buon
Opens or closes the Directories menu. Use the Contacts
buon to access
personal and corporate directories.
16 Applicaons buon
Opens or closes the Applicaons menu. Use the Appli-
caons buon to
access call history, user preferences,
phone sengs, and phone model
informaon.
17 Messages buon
Autodials your voice messaging system (varies by sys-
tem).
18 Back buon
Returns to the previous screen or menu.
