Configuring via Web-based Interface
Parameter Description
Wireless mode
Operating mode of the router's WLAN. This parameter defines
standards of the devices that will be able to use your WLAN. By
default, the router automatically selects a mode for clients connected
to it. You can specify your restrictions.
802.11 B: Only 802.11 b devices can connect to the WLAN.
802.11 G: Only 802.11b/g devices can connect to the WLAN.
802.11 G/N 20MHz: 802.11b/g/n devices can connect to the
WLAN; 802.11n devices operate at 20MHz channels.
802.11 G/N 20/40MHz +: 802.11b/g/n devices can connect to the
WLAN, 802.11n devices operate at 20MHz channels and 40MHz
channels (the channel is combined with the next adjacent channel).
802.11 G/N 20/40MHz -: 802.11b/g/n devices can connect to the
WLAN, 802.11n devices operate at 20MHz channels and 40MHz
channels (the channel is combined with the previous adjacent
channel).
Max Associated Clients
The maximum number of devices connected to the wireless network
of the router. When the value 0 is specified, the device does not limit
the number of connected clients.
When you have configured the parameters, click the Change button.
