CHANGING THE POSITION OF THE DIGITAL THERMOSTAT ON A PP22BC CHILLER
If e ermostat is not easily visible when e machine is installed, e position
of e ermostat and e “dummy ermostat” can be exchanged. This can be
done in easy stages, but should be done by a competent person.
1. Isolate e heat pump from e electricity supply.
2. Remove e lid of e heat pump (see “Location of Electrical Supply
connections in a PP22BC Calorex Chiller).
3. Remove e plugs connecting e wiring from e back of e ermostat.
4. Undo e white plastic clips securing e heat pump to e panel. This is
done by pressing e clips in at e sides.
5. Remove e ermostat rough e panel.
6. Remove e dummy ermostat from its position following e same
meod described in point 4.
7. Put e ermostat and dummy ermostat in eir new positions and
secure wi white clips.
8. Re connect e connectors to e ermostat taking care at e red
markers in e plugs and sockets are correctly aligned.
9. Replace e lid and reconnect e heat pump to e electrical supply.
