5. FIRST USE

Initial Setup and Power Connection

Rinse water tank, fill with water, insert tank. Place rinsing tool, empty container, start cold rinse, then hot rinse.

6. PREPARING A BEVERAGE

Check water, switch on, adjust drip tray, insert capsule, select volume (incl. XL), touch hot/cold icon for brewing.

7. CLEANING

Routine Cleaning Steps

Rinse and clean water tank, drip tray, rinsing tool, and capsule holder. Wash capsule holder or in dishwasher. Perform rinsing cycle.

Remove rinsing tool, reinsert capsule holder. Place drip grid. Clean machine with damp cloth and dry. Unplug power.

8. DESCALING AT LEAST EVERY 3 – 4 MONTHS

Descaling Preparation and Initial Cycle

Use liquid descaler, avoid vinegar. Mix descaler with water, pour into tank. Remove drip grid/tray. Start descaling with ON/OFF button.

Rinsing After Descaling

Perform hot water rinse and cold water rinse cycles. Wait for ON/OFF icon to turn green. Clean machine.

9. TROUBLESHOOTING

9.1 NO LIQUID COMES OUT – NO WATER?

Check water tank level. Refill if empty. If full, check for blockages. Machine may stop midway.

9.2 NO LIQUID COMES OUT – CAPSULE / INJECTOR BLOCKED?

Machine may be blocked under pressure. Try to stop preparation. Do not unplug. Machine releases pressure.

Remove capsule holder, injector. Use cleaning needle or descaling solution to unclog injector. Reinsert injector.

9.3 VARIOUS

Stop preparation. Check capsule for defects. Replace with a new capsule if necessary.

Slow or cool beverage, or steady orange ON/OFF icon, indicates descaling is needed. Use descaler.

Troubleshooting: Fast Flashing Red Light

ON/OFF icon flashes red fast. Check capsule blockage or contact hotline. Wait 20 mins after unplugging.

Troubleshooting: Water Accumulation
