1. As the illustration shows, connect to audio source devices and connect speakers to
power source using power cables.
2. Turn power switch on, the display window on the active speaker (R) will show current
audio source. Please select the correct audio source with the remote control.
Manually re-pair left and right speakers
Two speakers have been paired at the facto before shipment. After powered on,
they will reconnect automatically with the indicator on the left speaker (L) in solid
red. If the wireless connection fails to resume, follow the steps below to re-pair.
1. Power on the right speaker (R), and then press and hold the "Pair" button on its
rear panel. The "PAIRING" icon will blink rapidly on the display.
2. Press and hold the "Pair" button on the rear panel of the left speaker (L). The red
indicator on the left speaker (L) will blink rapidly.
3. Wait until the red indicator on the left speaker (L) is lit constantly. Then the pairing
is complete and wireless connection is established.
Note: If the red indicator on the left speaker (L) is in a breathing pattern, it indicates
that the two speakers are not connected. Repeat the above steps.

Point the remote control to the remote receiving window on the speaker, the optimum
operational distance is 7 meters. Displayed value in the display window will ale or
blink when the system receives remote control command.

Five sound eects:
CLASSIC: reproduces a classic HIFI sound.
MONITOR: features a at audio response cue, for sound with no coloration.
DYNAMIC: more punch, more dynamic.
VOCAL: human voice emphasized, singer’s position will seem closer to listener.
CUSTOM: customize sound eects via the Edier ConneX App. You can scan the
QR code listed in the manual cover to download and install the Edier ConneX App.
1. As the illustration shows, press remote control batteries
cover downwards with thumb and follow the arrow
direction to remove cover, uses two AAA batteries
(note the "+" and "-" pole).
2. The batteries life are normally about 6 months; please
replace them when the remote control is not sensitive
or the control distance is shoened.
3. Never use old and new batteries together.
Note:
Do not place the remote control in places that are hot and humid.
Do not charge the batteries.
Remove the batteries when unused for a long period of time to avoid
batteries leakage.
The batteries should not be exposed to excessive heat such as direct sun,
re or similar.
Danger of explosion if batteries are incorrectly replaced. Replace only with
the same or equivalent type.

XLR (balanced) input
1. Connect audio source (CD player, decoder, etc.) to the balanced input po (note
color matching) on the rear panel of the active speaker (R) using XLR balanced
audio cable (XLR cable not included).
2. Press the "Volume/Input" dial on the rear panel of the active speaker (R), or press
the "LINE/XLR" button on the remote control until the display window on the
active speaker (R) shows "XLR".
3. Play music on the connected device and adjust the settings to a desired level.
Line In input
1. Connect audio source (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) to the Line In input po (note
color matching) on the rear panel of the active speaker (R) using 3.5mm-RCA audio
cable or RCA-RCA audio cable.
2. Press the "Volume/Input" dial on the rear panel of the active speaker (R), or press
the "LINE/XLR" button on the remote control until the display window on the
active speaker (R) shows "LINE".
3. Play music on the connected device and adjust the settings to a desired level.
Optical/Coaxial input
1. Connect audio source (Set Top Box, Blu-ray player, etc.) to the optical or coaxial
input po on the rear panel of the active speaker (R) using ber optic audio cable
or coaxial cable (coaxial cable not included).
2. Press the "Volume/Input" dial on the rear panel of the active speaker (R), or press
the "OPT/COAX" button on the remote control until the display window on the
active speaker (R) shows "OPTICAL" or "COAXIAL".
3. Play music on the connected device and adjust the settings to a desired level.
● USB digital audio input
USB inteace chip in the S3000MK is a XMOS chip used by high-end audio
equipment. After being connected to PC, USB inteace will directly extract and play
back digital audio signal in a manner similar to the "USB external audio streaming",
to avoid sound degradation and dynamic range compression caused by
digital-to-analog conversion of PC audio streaming, and to ensure the restoration
of original sound quality.
1. Connect USB type-A po on PC to USB type-B input po on the rear panel of the
active speaker (R) using USB A-to-B data cable.
2. Press the "Volume/Input" dial on the rear panel of the active speaker (R), or press
the "USB" button on the remote control until the display window on the active
speaker (R) shows "USB".
3. Play music on the connected device and adjust the settings to a desired level.
Note:
•USB inteace of S3000MK is built on USB Audio Class 2.0, which suppos
high-resolution audio with sample rate up to 192kHz. To play such audio, a driver
needs to be installed on your Windows computer. You can visit www.edier.com,
search for "S3000MKII", go to its detail page, scroll down to the suppo
information, and click the link to download the driver.

•Make sure that S3000MK is set as the audio output device. (1) For Windows users,
access "Control Panel"→"Sound"→"Play"→"Set as Default" to set "XMOS USB Audio"
as the current audio output device. (2) For Mac users, access "System Preferences"
→"Sound"→"Output" to select "EDIFIER S3000MKII" as the current audio output
device.
•In USB mode, the following sample rates are suppoed: 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 96kHz,
and 192kHz.
Note:
•The play control in USB mode may va depending on dierent audio player
applications.
•The volume levels of S3000MK and your device are not synchronized. To adjust
the volume levels, adjust separately.
● Bluetooth input
1. Press the "Volume/Input" dial on the rear panel of the active speaker (R), or press
the " " button on the remote control until the display window on the active
speaker (R) shows " ".
2. Select "EDIFIER S3000MKII" in your device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) setting to
connect.
Note:
•On your Bluetooth device, you can search for and connect to S3000MK in any
mode. S3000MK will t to connect to the device that is connected last time
when powered on again. You can only play audio via Bluetooth when S3000MK
is in Bluetooth mode.
•Pin code for connection is "0000" if needed.
•To enjoy all Bluetooth functions of this product, make sure that your audio source
device suppos A2DP and AVRCP proles.
•To disconnect from the current Bluetooth device, press and hold the "Volume/Input"
knob on the rear panel of the right speaker (R) or the " " button on the remote
control for over 2s.

There is no restriction of use.
No sound
•Check if the speaker is ON.
•T to turn up the volume using the volume control or remote control.
•Ensure the audio cables are rmly connected and the input is set correctly on the
speaker.
•Check if there is a signal output from the audio source.
Cannot connect via Bluetooth
•Disconnect from any Bluetooth device by pressing and holding the " " button on
the remote control for over 2s, then t again.
•Eective Bluetooth transmission range is 10 meters; please ensure that operation
is within that range.
•T another Bluetooth device for connection.
The S3000MK does not turn on
•Check if main power is connected, or if the wall outlet is switched on.
Noise coming from speakers
•EDIFIER speakers generate little noise, while the background noise of some audio
devices are too high. Please unplug audio cables and turn the volume up, if no
sound can be heard at 1 meter away from the speaker, then there is no problem
with this product.
