3. Each time the heat sink is removed, thoroughly clean the thermal material from the system board
components (1)(3) and the associated surfaces of the heat sink (2)(4). Replacement thermal material is
included with the heat sink and system board spare part kits.
Reverse this procedure to install the heat sink.
