The Event Log displays the most recent printer events, including printer
jams, service errors, and other printer errors.
For quick access to more information regarding
error messages, click the Solve A Problem link,
then select Error Messages. (This link takes you
to hp.com on the World Wide Web; it is not part
of the embedded web server.)
