2004 or Word). These software programs may not be preinstalled on your PC,
and may require installation from the Microsoft DVD or set of CDs that are
included with your PC.
Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity
When you install or reinstall software programs from the Microsoft DVD or set of
CDs, you need to supply the Certificate of Authenticity code or Product Key. This
code is found on the Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity label with the software
program instructions, usually on the disc packaging.
