The quick charger is defective.
1. Replace the quick charger.

1. Replace the charger.
Battery pack not charging, indicator lamp on the quick charger is blinking,
display is on.
The battery pack temperature may not be within the normal range.
The quick charger is defective.
1. Observe the information per the display.
2. Replace the quick charger.
Battery pack not charging, display is off
Battery pack is completely discharged or defective.
1. Wait and see if the display shows the remaining charging time after a while.
If the display remains off then the battery pack is defective.
2. Replace the battery pack.
