Cleaning Instructions
1. Remove cap by turning it
counter-clockwise, until the
UNLOCK icon mark reaches the
middle of the handle.
2. Dispose used grounds.
3. Using warm water:
a. Rinse out the main chamber by
running warm water from outside
the bottom mesh filters in
through the main chamber.
b. Rinse the cap and top mesh
screen by running warm water
from the top of the cap through
the entrance area and mesh
screen.
Note: the My K-Cup® 2.0 reusable
filter can also be placed in the
dishwasher (top rack only).
Troubleshooting
If you experience a short brew
or other problem with dispensing,
or the error message in Figure D
appears, the filter may have been
overfilled. Be sure coffee grounds
do not exceed the MAX indicator,
then try again. CAUTION: After a
short brew, there may be VERY
HOT WATER in the filter. Please
use caution and wait until cool
before handling.
If an “Oops!” message appears
similar to Figure E after you
remove the My K-Cup® 2.0 reusable
filter, please leave the brewer
handle in the raised position for
approximately 30 seconds before
conducting the next brew.
If you experience any problems
using your My K-Cup® 2.0 reusable
filter, contact Keurig Customer

User Instructions
1. Remove cap by turning it
counter-clockwise, until the
UNLOCK icon mark reaches the
middle of the handle.
CAUTION: Turning it too far may
cause the cap to break.
(See figure A)
2. Fill main chamber with your desired
amount of ground coffee. Do not
fill past the MAX indicator.
(See Figure B)
3. Replace cap by aligning the
UNLOCK icon mark with the
handle and turn the cap clockwise.
The cap is properly closed when you
feel the cap click into place and the
LOCK icon mark aligns with the
handle. CAUTION: Turning it too
far may cause the cap to break.

Reusable Coffee Filter

The My K-Cup® 2.0 reusable
filter has been optimized for
all K-Cup® brew sizes.
It is designed for ground coffee only.
The use of tea leaves, hot cocoa, or
other powdered beverages is not
recommended.
If you grind your own beans:
Start with a coarser grind similar
to a French press. Avoid a fine
espresso grind setting that may
clog the screen or result in poor
extraction.

4. Open brewer handle and insert
the My K-Cup® 2.0 reusable
filter into the cup holder.
a. Ensure handle is facing the
front of the cup holder (pointing
down) and press down firmly as
far as it will go.
b. Lower the brewer handle until it
is completely closed.
5. When the Main Menu appears
press the #4 option, then select
your brew size and press the Brew
button. Once the brew is
complete, you may remove the
reusable filter for cleaning.
CAUTION: The filter and its
contents will be HOT. Please use
caution and wait until cool before
handling.
