13.4 Taking the motorcycle off the front lifting gear
Note
Danger of damage The parked vehicle can roll away or fall over.
– Park the vehicle on a firm and level surface.

– Secure the motorcycle against falling over.
– Remove the front lifting gear.
13.5 Raising the motorcycle with the work stand (inserted)

– Remove the plastic caps on both sides.
– The plastic bushing of the work stand should engage in the
opening of the swingarm pivot. Select the right height and
width of the work stand.

– Raise the motorcycle.

Check that the work stand is properly seated.
