DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING
Bonnet and Battery
1. Disconnect the ground cable (4) and positive cable (3).
2. Remove the battery retainer (2), and then dismount the
battery (S) from the frame.
3. Disconnect four 1 P connectors from the head Iights, and then
remove the bonnet (1 ).
4. Remove the pulley cover.

PTO Clutch Spring, Return Spring, Brake Spring and Belt Stay
1. Remove the PTO clutch spring (1), return spring (2) and brake
spring
(3).
2. Unscrew the belt stay mounting screws, and remove the belt
stay (4) .
• IMPORTANT
•
After reassembling the PTO clutch spring, be sure to adjust
the front PTO belt tension. (See page 5.7-2)
•
After reassembling the belt stay, be sure to adjust the
clearance between the belt stay and front PTO belt. (See
page 5.7-3)
