Why is my Kubota KX033-4 Excavators having starting difficulties?

  Your Kubota Excavators may be having starting difficulties due to several reasons. The pilot control lock lever might be in the "UNLOCK" position, in which case you should bring it to the "LOCKED" position. Alternatively, the fuel could be too viscous, requiring you to check the fuel tank and filter for impurities and water, and replace the filter if necessary. Another possibility is air or water in the fuel system; remove any water from the fuel tank and check the fuel pipe joint bolts and nuts for looseness. If the oil viscosity is too high, especially in winter, pour hot water over the radiator. Finally, a nearly dead battery or insufficient compression could be the cause, requiring you to recharge the battery.

  If your Kubota Excavators is overheating, several issues could be the cause. It could be due to a defective water pump seal, which needs replacement. A worn or torn V-belt should be adjusted or replaced. A defective thermostat also requires replacement. Low coolant level needs to be addressed by filling to the prescribed level. Clogged radiator grill or fins should be cleaned. Coolant contaminated with rust requires replacement and the addition of anti-rust. A defective radiator cap should be replaced. Corroded coolant pipes should be cleaned. Finally, continuous operation under full load requires a reduction in load.
