Finishing
Rotate 180°. The preview image shows how the Finishing Edge selection
changes the Staple and Punch positions.

Open the document you want to print and choose File > Print.
If the Print dialog contains only two pop-up menus and some buttons across the
bottom, click the disclosure triangle beside the Printer pop-up menu.

Choose Finishing from the print options pop-up menu.

Choose Long edge or Short edge from the Finishing Edge pop-up-menu.

Click Print.
Rotating a Print Job
The Rotate 180° feature rotates the print job orientation by 180 degrees.

Open the document you want to print and choose File > Print.
If the Print dialog contains only two pop-up menus and some buttons across the
bottom, click the disclosure triangle beside the Printer pop-up menu.

Choose Finishing from the print options pop-up menu.

Select the Rotate 180° checkbox.

Click Print.
Offsetting a Print Job
With an optional finishing device installed, Offset physically shifts each print job
in the output tray. To ensure consistent offset stacking, all users printing to the
same printing system should choose Offset as the default setting. This feature
does not work with Staple or Finishing Edge features.
