the clearance is too much after locking, do the
adjustment according to the following procedures:
l Open the protective cover of the tilting post.
l Adjust the M6 screws at both ends by wrench and
push the arm at the same time until it can be
moved smoothly. Then tighten the nut.
l Adjust the screw at middle by wrench and lock the
horizontal arm to see the change until the
clearance is satisfactory. Then tighten the nut.
Periodically clean the control valves for clamping
jaws and bead breaker to insure their normal
operation.
l Remove the side cover of the cabinet.
l Loosen the control valve muffler and air bleed
valve muffler, and clean them with compressed air.
