Why is there no image displayed on my LG Digital Signage?

If your LG Digital Signage isn't displaying an image, first ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the power outlet. Also, verify that the signal cable between your PC and the product is correctly connected. You may also want to press the INPUT menu on the remote control to select the correct input signal. If you are using a PC, the issue might be that the signal from the PC's graphic card is out of the product's vertical or horizontal frequency range. In this case, adjust the frequency range by referring to the Specifications in this manual.
