You might also want to adjust the brightness and contrast settings. If the TV is in power saving mode, try moving the mouse or pressing any key. Check the signal cable and press the 'SOURCE' button on the remote to verify the input signal. If the issue persists and you're using a PC, the signal from the video card might be out of the TV's frequency range. In that case, consult the TV's specifications to adjust the frequency range. You can also try simultaneously pressing the Menu button and G button for 5 seconds.
