Why won't my LG Washer start or spin?

If your LG Washer won't start or spin, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the wall outlet. Also, check your house fuse or circuit breaker; reset the breaker or replace the fuse if necessary. Avoid increasing the fuse capacity, and consult a qualified electrician if you suspect a circuit overload. Make sure the water supply tap is fully turned on. Close the door properly and press the Start/Pause button, keeping in mind that the door must lock before the spin cycle can begin.
