SAFETY, CARE, AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:
DO NOT REMOVE BOTTLE CAP FROM GLASS GLOBE. Do not remove the cap on the globe or add anything to the globe. The air space at the top of the globe is necessary in order to allow for the expansion of contents
. Breaking the seal on the
globe shall void the warranty.
Remove all excess packaging before assembling.
Check and see if the light bulb and socket in the lava lamp base are centered and ghtened prior to turning on the lamp. The light bulb and socket may have moved during shipping. If this has occurred, then gently use your fingers to re-center
them.
Only use provided bulb. Variances in bulb size or waage will produce unsasfactory operaon, fire, or possible breakage
of the globe.
Run the lamp on a clean and flat surface, away from heated surfaces and direct sunlight. Direct sunlight may cause colors to fade.
Allow the lamps (except 18.5” & 27” lamps) to warm up for 2 to 3 hours to ensure it performs at its opmal level. For 18.5” & 27” lamps, allow 4 to 6 hours. Note: All Lava® Moon Lamps have a coil in the boom of the globe. This is to
accelerate the heang process.
Do not run lamp for longer than 10 ho
urs at a me.
Exercise cauon when handling the lamp while it is plugged in. The lamp will take 2 to 3 hours to cool aer it has been turned off.
To disconnect, turn all controls to the off posion, then remove plug from outlet.
Do not place the lamp near sources of heat or cold, such as a heater or air condioner. The lamp operates best at 68º F / 21º C.
Handle product with care; the glass globe may break if subjected to any form of sudden im
pact. If it becomes necessary to clean up broken glass first unplug unit and then use care and safety precauons. (Refer to Clean-Up Instrucons below for
details.)
Do not force polarized plug into an outlet. As safety precauon, one blade is wider and can only be inserted one way into the outlet.
Do not use any other means to heat up moon lamp besides bulb provided nor aempt to cool it down arficially.
Do not shake the lamp while the product is warm
. Lamp will become cloudy and unable to repair.
Do not operate the lamp on glass surfaces, where aerosol spray is being used, or where oxygen is being administered.
This product is intended for personal indoor household use only – DO NOT use outdoors.

Never operate this furnishing if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. Return the furnishing to a service center for examinaon and repair.
When not in use, s
tore the furnishing in a cool, dry, and flat surface. Wrap the cord around the base of the lava lamp and keep away from moisture.

For ingeson: Seek medical aenon.
For direct contact to eyes: Flush open eye with a direct stream of water for 15 minutes and then seek medical aenon.
For direct skin contact: Clean the affected area thoroughly with soap and water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing immediately. If irritaon occurs, then seek medical aenon. Although our products are non-

CLEAN UP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE: If the globe breaks, it is not harmful if it is handled properly. LIFESPAN BRANDS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY PRODUCT BREAKAGE.
1. Wear rubber gloves during the clean-up
process in order to protect skin irritaon and to prevent cuts from broken glass.
2. Carefully pick up and dispose of broken glass and plasc pieces.
3. Use disposable towels to soak up excess liquid (you can use water to aid in clean up because the liquid is water soluble).
4. Thoroughly clean any products soiled by the liquid.
5. Aer the liquid has been cleaned up, a commercial cleaning detergent may be used to deep clean the area. Prompt clean-up is key.
6. For carpet, blot up spill
ed material with an absorbent disposable cloth. Follow cleaning direcons from your carpet manufacturer.
7. For floors, wipe up with disposable cloth and clean with normal floor cleaning detergent.
BULB REPLACEMENTS INSTRUCTIONS: Before aempng to change the light bulb, please follow the below instrucons carefully:
1. Turn off and unplug the lamp from the outlet.
2. Please wait at least one hour, then remove the glass globe from the base. Set aside in a safe l
ocaon.
3. Please wait at least one hour for the bulb to cool down before replacing. Do not aempt to remove light bulb while hot.
4. Once light bulb is cool to the touch, carefully unscrew from base and discard safely.
5. Replace with the new light bulb by screwing into the base socket. Please see specificaons below for correct bulb waage.
6. Replace glass globe, plug into outlet, and turn your lamp on.
