Powering Up the Radio
Press the Power On/Off
Button briefly.
OR
Press the PTT Button briefly.
You see green LED lights up
follow by Zone and channel
text, and menu items display
on the screen.
The backlight will turn on to
the last selected dim level.
Note: Pressing the Power
Button before the
LED lights up will be
ignored.
If Fail ##/## appears in the display, the radio will not
function until the condition has been corrected.
