Precautions when tightening the bolts at the lower part of the rotor casing with a screw
compressor
The lower part of the rotor casing of the screw compressor is fixed to the bearing head and the
suction cover with bolts, but do not attempt to hang the rotor casing and tighten this bolt.
Securely
fix the suction cover feet and bearing heads to the frame or stand, and then tighten them.
The
method is to place two stands of the same height under the casing at the proper distance.
If the
casing is not installed correctly, the casing may fall during the tightening operation.
