- LLaura MaldonadoAug 6, 2025
If your New Holland Engine won’t start, several checks are recommended: * Inspect and rectify any air leaks. * Clean the fuel system, ensuring to check the fuel tank. * Use the Electronic Service Tool (EST) to check, repair, or replace any faulty components. * Use the Electronic Service Tool (EST) to check the injectors and replace them if they are defective. * Check the compression of each cylinder. If compression is not proper, overhaul the engine or repair defective parts such as valves and piston rings. * Also, perform the checks described in the Electrical section of the Shop manual.
