Using the Teach Mode
Use the Teach mode to automatically calculate the Target Add-On and
Products to Average values.
NOTES:
S Make sure the Adhesive Flow Monitoring option is enabled. (Home |
System Settings | Flow Settings)
S Although not required, it is recommended that you calibrate the Flow
Meter. You must define the Product and Trigger settings.
S The melter must be in a Run state with the pump enabled.
1. Start production from the pattern controller.
2. Go to Home | Flow | and select Start Teach Mode.
The teaching process duration depends on how long it takes the system
to record either 8 grams of adhesive or 10 products, whichever is greater.
The system then calculates the Target Add-On value
3. Refer to the Defining Adhesive Flow Monitoring Alarms to complete
Flow Monitoring.
