to A4 but there is no A4 paper loaded in the
printer, if there is Letter paper in the printer,
the job will print on Letter paper without
requesting the user to fill the paper tray with
A4 paper.

to Letter but there is no Letter set in the
printer, if there is A4 paper in the printer, the
job will be printed on A4 paper without
requesting the user to fill the paper tray with
Letter paper.

is used (valid in any other cases except Case
