1. First, open the Printers (Printers
and Faxes) dialog box:

Windows 2000:
Click Start > Settings >
Printers.

Windows XP, Server 2003:
Click Start > ettings > Printers
and Faxes.
c. Windows Vista:
Click Start > Control Pane; >
Printers.
2. Right click the printer icon. Click
Properties
3. Click the Device Option(s) tab.
4. For Available Tray, select 2 or 3.
5. Click OK.
6. Close the dialog box.
