8. To Resume a Call
a. Press Options
b. Press OK or press Select to Resume the call
9. Blind Transfers
a. Press the Options soft key during a call, then press the down arrow and select Blind Transfer
b. Enter the (internal or external) number you want to transfer the call to
c. Press the Transfer softkey. The call will automatically transfer.
10. Attended Transfers
a. Press the Options soft key during a call, then press the down arrow and select Transfer
b. Enter the (internal or external) number you want to transfer the call to
c. Press the Call soft key or the green handset
d. Press the Transfer soft key after the call is answered
11. Conference Calls
a. During a call, press the New Call soft key
b. Enter the (internal or external) number you want to conference the call with
c. Press Call to bring all 3 parties on the line,
d. After the new call is answered, press Options, then Conference
12. Voicemail:
a. Press the Menu soft key and choose Messages
b. Select Message Center or press OK
13. To send a call directly to voicemail:
a. Press the Options soft key during a call, then select Transfer
b. Enter 8+extension number
c. Press the Transfer soft key
14. Changing the Ring Tone for both Internal and External calls:
a. Press Menu, then Preferences
b. Select Ring Type
c. Select External or Internal Calls and choose a ring type. A sample of the ring type plays as you
scroll the list
