Power-Saving Mode
By default, the Poly Edge E Series enter power-saving mode after a period of idle time to conserve
energy. However, the systems do not enter power-saving mode while at idle in the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
(Poly x20/x50 only) menus. To ensure the system enters power-saving mode, exit the Bluetooth or Wi-Fi
menu using the Home or Back key.
In low power mode, the system maintains a network presence and address and supports the handling of
IPV4 ARP and IPV6 NS/ND. The system, when in LPM, can wake up on a remote network request such
as incoming call.
Plug Acts as Disconnect Device
The socket outlet to which this apparatus is connected must be installed near the equipment and must
always be readily accessible.

Poly Edge Expansion Module are marked with the CE mark. This mark indicates compliance with
2014/35/EU (LV Directive), 2014/30/EU (EMC Directive), and EN 2011/65 (EC RoHS Directive).
