Preview Search Note
Any time during the preview search
mode, pressing SEARCH will reverse
the search direction.
• Pressing 1 to GO TO MOVIE has the following screen appear
with a blue background:
MOVIE ADVANCE
Searching for start
of movie
Rewinding tape...
Press STOP to cancel
When the movie is found, the screen displayed is:
MOVIE ADVANCE
The movie is ready.
Press PLAY to start.
Press STOP to cancel
(This display will time out after
a few minutes and the VCR will
enter the Stop mode.)
• Pressing 2 to GO TO PREVIEW has the following screen
appears with a video background:
Searching for preview
Press SEARCH to reverse
Press STOP to cancel
When a preview is detected, the VCR cues it and begins
playing automatically. Pressing SEARCH goes back to the
beginning of the previous preview. Pressing STOP cancels
the preview view .
Press SEARCH for next
Once a preview is finished, pressing SEARCH finds the
beginning of the next available preview.
