provides professional recording features in
a convenient package. Capture your audio
with the CD-2’s built in high-quality stereo
microphone or external inputs. The CD-2 can
record directly onto CD and popular Com-
pactFlash cards, and supports up to 2 GB
recording capacity for hours of recording time.

Preservation
Archive deteriorating cassette
tapes or vinyl discs by trans-
ferring the audio to CD for
safekeeping. The CD-2 provides
the inputs and editing tools to
capture your old recordings and
make them sound much better!

an educational/practice companion. Tuner,
metronome, and repeat (section/song)
features are built into the CD-2, as are
controls for changing the pitch and speed of
your recorded audio. You can easily record
your lessons, and play them back at a slower
tempo while retaining the original pitch. Or,
you can change the pitch of the audio you've
recorded, and then practice along in different
key signatures.

CompactFlash

The CD-2 uses popular CompactFlash
media to record and store audio. Record
up to 2 GB of audio directly to the CF card
via microphone or line inputs, edit the
audio (if desired), then burn it to CD.
Onboard Effects
Enhance your recordings with
the CD-2's lineup of professional
audio effects, such as reverb,
chorus, andcompression. Special
tools are also provided for gui-
tar and vocals. The onboard
Mastering effects help you put
the final polish on your audio
before you burn it to CD.
Convenient Connections
Plug external microphones into
the CD-2 with its two XLR in-
puts, complete with phantom
power. RCA inputs and outputs
are provided for convenient
connection with CD/MP3 players,
stereos, and other devices; 1/4-
inch inputs allow a guitar or Mic-
rophones to be directly connected.
