CAUTION
When you use TD-20/12 with PD-125/105
If you have a rim sound in hitting only the
head of the pad
If you have a rim sound when hitting only the head of the pad, please
adjust the parameter of the TD-20/12 as follows:
1.
Press [TRIGGER] - [F5 (ADVANCE)] - [F2 (RIM)].
2.
Strike the pad you wish to set.
3.
Decrease the value of “RimShot Adjust.”
* Please set the highest value as far as the Head Shot does not lead a rim sound
when hitting the head strongly.
If you can not get a Rim Shot properly
When you have an unnecessary head sound in a Rim Shot, it would be
better to adjust the following parameter for your playing them properly.
1.
Press [TRIGGER] - [F5 (ADVANCE)] - [F2 (RIM)].
2.
Strike the pad you wish to set.
3.
Increase the value of “RimShot Adjust.”
* Please set the highest value as far as the Head Shot does not lead a rim sound
when hitting the head strongly.
When you use the other sound module
than TD-20/12
In the case of using the other sound module than TD-20/12, please adjust
the “Rim Sensitivity” in place of “RimShot Adjust.”
* The “Rim Sensitivity” has the same function as the “RimShot Adjust.”
* Regarding how to adjust the “Rim Sensitivity” and the Trigger Input jack that is
rim capable, please refer to the owner’s manual for the product you use.
