8.3) Demontage der Ölpumpe
Schlauchnippel O samt Dichtring I entfernen.
Öldruckschalter P entfernen.
Verschlußschraube T entfernen, Einstellscheibe R, Druckfeder E und
Kugel 8,5 mm W abnehmen.
◆ HINWEIS: Die Einstellscheibe R ist nur bei Bedarf vorhanden, falls der
vorgeschriebene Öldruck nicht erreicht wurde.
Ölfilternippel Y mit Innensechskantschlüssel SW 10 herausdrehen.
Temperaturgeber d entfernen.
4 Innensechskantschrauben ] M6x65 samt Federringen [ lösen und kom-
plette Ölpumpe, 2x O-Ringe 11x2,7 p und 1 x 30x2,5 o abnehmen.
Ölpumpendeckeli, Nadelrollen u, Saugdrehkolben mit Rotor t und O-Ring
46x3 y abnehmen. Nadelrolle q (Mitnehmerstift) herausnehmen.
Ölpumpengehäuse r der Saugpumpe, Saugdrehkolben mit Rotor w und O-
Ring 57x3 e der Hauptölpumpe abnehmen.
Letzte Nadelrolle q (Mitnehmerstift) herausnehmen und Ölpumpenwelle {
mit eingepreßtem Kerbstift } herausziehen.
8.4) Kontrolle der Bauteile
Bauteile reinigen und einer optischen Kontrolle unterziehen.
■ ACHTUNG: Altes Ölpumpengehäuse T.Nr.
810 803
verschrotten.
8.5) Zusammenbau der Ölpumpe
Pumpenwellen-Lagerung im neuen Ölpumpengehäuse T.Nr.
810 805
mit
Motoröl einölen und Pumpenwelle { einbauen.
Nadelrolle q 4x15,8 in die Pumpenwelle { schieben, Saugdrehkolben mit
Rotor w der Hauptölpumpe einlegen und die Pumpenwelle zur Kontrolle
durchdrehen.
O-Ringe 57-3 einlegen, Ölpumpengehäuse r aufschieben, zweite Nadel-
rolle q 4x15,8 in die Pumpenwelle schieben, Saugdrehkolben und Rotor t
der Saugpumpe einlegen und die Pumpenwelle zur Kontrolle nochmals durch-
drehen.
8.3) Disassembly of oil pump
Remove hose nipple O and sealing ring I as well as oil pressure sensor P.
Remove plug screw T, shim R, compression spring E and ball 8,5 W.
◆ NOTE: Shims R are only fitted if the specified oil pressure was not
reached.
Remove oil filter nipple Y , using Allen key 10 A/F.
Detach temperature sensor d .
After removal of the 4 Allen screws M6x65 ] and lock washers [ take off oil
pump assembly along with 2 O-rings 11x2,7 p and O-ring 30x2,5 o .
Remove oil pump i, pins u, rotor ass'y t and O-ring 46x3 y . Take off first
peg q .
Remove oil pump housing r of suction pump, inner and outer rotor w of main
pump and O-ring 57x3 e .
Take off second peg q and pull out oil pump shaft { with pressed in drive pin
}.
8.4) Inspection of the components
Clean parts and inspect them visually.
■ ATTENTION: Scrap old oil pump housing

8.5) Assembly of the oil pump
Apply motor oil to bearing surface in the new oil pump housing part No. 810 805
and fit pump shaft { .
Push peg q 4x15,8 into pump shaft and place rotary piston ass'y w into main
oil pump. Rotate pump shaft for verfication.
Place O-ringe 57-3 into position, fit oil pump housing r push second peg q
4x15,8 into pump shaft, place rotary piston ass'y into position t and rotate
pump shaft for verification.
