BASIC NETWORK CONFIGURATION FOR
SAMSUNG GALAXY S10
STEP 1
Insert Geoverse SIM Card:
This is the same process for any SIM Card, so if you know how to insert a SIM card, do
it, and skip to step 2.
Remove the SIM Card from the rest of the card as below
Insert the SIM removal pin that came with your phone into the hole in the small tray on
your phone. You may have to apply some pressure to open it. Place the SIM Card into
the tray and close the case, then turn on the phone. If the phone is already on, reset it.
STEP 2
Verify Network Operator:
Once your device is on, navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks
First, ensure that Data Roaming is switched to ‘ON’
Check if the ‘Network Operators’ tab says ‘Geoverse’.
If it says another network, follow the instructions in step 2a. If it does not have a network,
skip to 2b.
