► Rinse the parts thoroughly under running
(hand)warmwater.

• Alwayscleanthemilkcontainerbeforellingitwithfreshmilk.
• Fillupwithfreshmilk,chilledto3°C-5°C,justbeforerestartingthemachine.
• Use pasteurized or ultra high temperature treated (UHT) milk! Do not use raw milk!
The milk must be homogonised!
• Foroptimumhygieneuseamilkcooler(optional)tomaintainmilktemperature.
• Ifequippedtherefrigerator/cool-ingunit(optional)mustbecleanedatleastonceaweek!
