What to do if the SCHOTT TITRONIC universal is not titrating or dosing the solution?
- BBrandon CarrollAug 3, 2025
If your SCHOTT Laboratory Equipment isn't titrating or dosing the solution, several factors could be at play. First, ensure the dosing unit is correctly filled by performing an initial filling. Next, confirm that the dosing unit is securely locked with a quarter rotation in the lower position. Check the hose and titration tip for any bends or obstructions, replacing them if necessary. Also, filter or replace the titration solution if undissolved particles are present, and double-check that the valve hoses are correctly connected. If air bubbles are present in the system, please refer to 'Air bubbles in the dosing system'.
