Quick Start Guide
WARNING! Read through the detailed safety instructions in the manual before operating
the automatic bread maker.
Quick start
1. Remove the baking tin (8) from the automatic bread maker by lifting it upwards.
2.
Insert the dough hooks (7) into the drive shafts and make sure that they are tight.
3.
Add the ingredients to the baking tin (8). Start with liquids, sugar and salt. Then add flour, and finally
yeast.
4.
Re-insert the baking tin (8) and make sure that it snaps into place securely.
5.
Close the cover (2).
6. Insert the mains plug into a mains socket and switch on the main switch. A beep sounds and the
display indicates programme number 1 and the time period for this programme.
7.
Press the programme button to select the desired programme.
8. Press the button to select the browning level.
9.
Press the button to select the bread weight.
10. You can use the two timer buttons to set the end time of the selected programme.
Control panel
Display
Bread weight: press the button repeatedly until the arrow is below the
desired weight.
Browning level / Quick mode: setting browning level (light, medium, dark)
or quick mode. Press the button repeatedly until the arrow is on the desired
symbol. Depending on the selected setting, the baking time changes.
Start/Stop button: press this button until a beep sounds to start/stop the
device or to delete a timer setting.
Power LED: indicates that a programme is running
Timer buttons: time-delayed baking
Programme button: select the desired baking programme here. The
programme number and baking time are indicated on the display.
