Front Suspension: 2B-10
Suspension Arm
Inspect the suspension arm for wear or damage. If any
damages are found, replace the suspension arm with a
new one.
Bushing
Inspect the rubber bushing (suspension arm) for wear or
other damage. If any damages are found, replace the
bushing with a new one. Refer to “Front Suspension
Upper / Lower Arm Bushing Removal and Installation
(Page 2B-11)”.
Drive Shaft Cover (LT-A400F, LT-F400F)
Inspect the drive shaft cover for damage. If any
damages are found, replace the drive shaft cover with a
new one.
Steering Knuckle End Removal and Installation

Refer to “Front Wheel Hub / Steering Knuckle Removal
and Installation (Page 2B-3)” and “Front Suspension
Upper / Lower Arm Removal and Installation (Page 2B-
8)”.
Removal
1) Remove the suspension arm. Refer to “Front
Suspension Upper / Lower Arm Removal and
Installation (Page 2B-8)”.
2) Remove the snap ring (1) with the special tool.
Special tool
: 09900–06107 (Snap ring pliers)
3) Remove the knuckle end (2) with the special tool.
