5. Removal & Installation of Engine

Engine Removal
Open the seat.
Remove the luggage box (Bolt× 4, Nut×1).
Remove battery cover.
Remove the battery negative (-) cable.
Remove the battery positive (+) cable.
Remove right and left side covers (1 screw on
each side.).
Remove the power connector of auto by-starter.
Remove the generator power wire and pulse
generator connector.
Remove the starter motor wire.
Remove the spark plug cap.
Connectors of the by-starter
and the pulse generator
Spark plug cap
Each side 1 screw
