■目次
ねじの締め付け以外は使わない。
本製品は、ボルトの締め付け用トル
クドライバです。
ねじの戻しには使わない。
ねじの戻しには、過大なトルクが加
わりトルクドライバの破損に伴い事
故やけがの原因になります。
握り部に、油・グリス……等が付着
していないこと。
締め付け中に手が滑り事故やけがの
原因になります。
亀裂・傷・錆が発生していないか確
認する。
破損が生じ事故やけがの原因になり
ます。点検・修理を受けて下さい。
高所での締め付け作業では、落下防
止の処置をする。
トルクドライバやソケットを落下さ
せると、重大な事故やけがの原因に
なります。

Don't use this driver except for
tightening purposes.
This is a torque drivers for screw
tightening only.
Don't use this driver for loosening.
Excessive torque may be applied
while loosening,which will cause
damage to the torque driver and
could result in an accident or injury.
Make sure there is no oil,or grease
on the grip.
A slip of the hand while tightening,
may cause an accident or injury.
Check for cracks,scratches and rust.
These will cause damage to the
driver and may result in an injury.If
such conditions exist,have a
functional test performed and repair
if necessary.
When you use this driver in a high
location, prepare to prevent
dropping the drivers.
If you drop the torque driver or
bit,that may cause a serious accident
or injury.

最大トルク以上で使用しない。
破損になる事故やけがの原因になり
ます。
トルクドライバにピン等、部品の欠
品があるものは使用しない。
お買い求めの販売店、又は弊社に問
い合わせ必ず点検や修理をうけてく
ださい。

Don't use the torque driver beyond
the maximum torque setting.
This will cause damage or injury.
Don't use the torque driver if it is
missing a pin,etc.
Ask a repair shop or our company to
inspect the torque driver and repair it
before using.

Precautions
トルクドライバの改造はしない。
改造により強度不足や精度異常が生
じ、事故やけがの原因になります。
トルクドライバを落下させたり、強
い衝撃を与えたりしない。
破損や変形を生じ、精度の劣化や耐
久性が低下し、事故やけがの原因に
なります。
トルクドライバの修理部品は東日の
指定部品以外使用しない。
トルクドライバの修理をする場合は、
お買い求めの販売店、又は弊社に問
い合わせ、必ず東日指定部品を使用
して下さい。

Don't modify the torque drivers.

scale for shipment.

Don't lock,by using pliers.
The lock mechanism will be
damaged and will not maintain
torque accuracy.
トルクドライバは水中や海中で使用し
ない。

Don't use torque driver in fresh
water or sea water.
クリック感がしたら締め付けをやめる。
更に力を加えるとオーバートルクと
なります。（RTD以外）

Stop tightening when you feel a click.
Applying more torque beyond the
click will lead to overtorquing.
ロッカーを締めたまま主目盛をまわさ
ない。

Don't turn the main scale with
releasing the locker.
定期点検を必ず受ける。
トルクドライバは定期点検が必要です。

Perform regular inspections for
function and accuracy.
Periodical inspections are essential to
insure the torque wrench is in optimal
condition thus preventing injury.
使用後は、ゴミ・ホコリ・ドロ・油・
水分等の汚れを取り除いて保管する。
汚れがついたまま保管すると、作動
不良、精度不良の原因となります。

Remove any dirt such as dust,
mud, oil and water, etc. after each
use and before storing torque
drivers.
長期間使用しないときは、最低目盛に
設定し防錆油を塗布し、乾燥した場所
に保管する。
保管方法が悪いと、精度劣化や耐久
性の低下が早まります。

When storing the torque drivers
for a long time,set at the minimum
torque,apply rustproof oil,and
keep in a dry place.
If improperly stored,the accuracy
and durability will decrease rapidly.
●RTD・LTD・MLD型
①本体のロッカを右に回してロックを解除する。
②右指で主目盛のローレット部分を押さえ、左指で
グリップを回転させてトルクをセットする。（図1）
＊トルクセットのやり方
（1） グリップを回転させ、副目盛の上端を主目盛に
合わせる。
（2） 副目盛線と主目盛の縦線を合わせる。
＊RTD500CN／LTD・LTD1000CN,2000CN
は、付属のフックスパナを使用するとトルクセッ
トが楽に出来ます。（図2）
③トルクセットが終わったら、本体ロッカを左に回
してロックする。
④先端部にビットを差し込む。
＊LTD・RTD・BMLDの場合は、ビットの溝部分が
中のボールに食い込むまで押しつけて下さい。
＊AMLD・LTD2000CNの場合はカプラ一部を押
し上げてからビットを入れて下さい。（図3）
⑤締め付けを行う。
＊RTD型のみセットトルクに達すると、空転します。
●RTD・LTD・MLD Series
①Turn Locker clockwise to release lock.
②Hold the knurled part of the main scale and
turn the handle until the desired torque is
reached. (Fig.1)
＊How to set the torque
（1） Turn the handle until the edge of the
minor scale is lined up with the torque
line of the major scale.
（2） Set vertical torque line of the minor
scale to vertical line of the major scale
＊For LTD1000CN, 2000CN, use the
attached spanner for easy torque setting.
(Fig.2) (Hook spanner for RTD500CN/LTD
is option.)
③After the torque setting,turn Locker
counter-clockwise for locking.
④Insert the bit into the adapter.
＊Push the bit until the ball in the adapter
stays in the center of bit groove.
＊For the AMLD/200LTD,push up the coupler
and insert the bit. (Fig.3)
⑤Start tightening operation.
＊RTD model slips when set torque reaches.

①主目盛の100の数字線が、副目盛のすぐ上に見え
ている時に、副目盛0数字線が主目盛基本線につい
た状態が100cN・mです。（図4）
ここから副目盛を右（UP）方向に1回転させると
120cN・mになり、副目盛を左（DOWN）方向
に1回転させると80cN・mになります。（副目盛
は1回転で20cN・mとなります。また、副目盛の
1目盛は2cN・mです）
②100cN・mの時、右回りで副目盛を0から2へ回
転させると、102cN・mとなります。（図5）
③100cN・mの時、左回りで副目盛を0から18へ
回転させると、98cN・mとなります。（図6）
qFigure 4 shows the setting of 100cN·m
(major scale points 100, minor scale points
0).
Minor scale has 2cN·m of one graduation,
and moves 20cN·m in one rotation.
Making one rotation clockwise sets 120cN·m.
Making one rotation counterclockwise sets
80cN·m.
wFrom the setting of 100cN·m, turning the
minor scale clockwise to the scale marking
of 2 sets 102cN·m. (Fig.5)
eFrom the setting of 100cN·m, turning the
minor scale counterclockwise to the scale
marking of 18 sets 98cN·m (Fig.6)
