14. Install the belt around the transaxle input pulley
and then around the idler pulley assembly. Install
the id ler s pring to the bolt, spacer, and washer
located on the right side of the frame (Figure 97).

15. Slide the brake shaft back through the bushing
and install the roll pin. Raise the pedal pivot shaft
up to the footrest and install and tighten the
clamps (Figure 98).

16. Install the 2 bolts in the safety neutral bracket and
tighten the bolts (Figure 99).
