Beforestartingtheengineforthersttime,checktheengine
oilandhydraulicuidlevels.RefertotheOperator'sManual
formoreinformation.
SettingtheEngineRPM(CE
Only)
IfyouaresettingupthismachineforuseintheEuropean
Community(CE),youneedtopermanentlyadjusttheengine
speedsothatitdoesnotrunabove3300RPM,asfollows:
1.Starttheengineandrunitathalfthrottlefor5to10
minutestowarmitup.
Important:Theenginemustbewarmbefore
makingthisadjustment.
2.MovethethrottlelevertotheFastposition.
3.Checktheenginespeedonthetachometer.
Itshouldbearound3600RPM.
4.Loosenthejamnutsecuringthehighidleadjusting
screwontheengine(locatedonthethrottle/choke
controllinkage—Figure2).
