Turn off your computer, unplug the power cable, and remove the case panel before installation.
Locate an available PCI-E slot and carefully insert the adapter. Use low-profile bracket if needed.
Replace the case panel, power on the computer, and connect the Ethernet cable to the adapter.
Run Autorun.exe from the CD or download the driver from the TP-Link support website.
Select your adapter model and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the driver installation.
Disable antivirus software and firewall temporarily if you encounter issues during driver installation.
Download drivers from the TP-Link support website if the installation CD is lost or broken.
Check the product label or visit the TP-Link FAQ page for details on identifying the adapter's hardware version.
Restart the computer, reinsert the adapter, or try a different PCI-E slot if the PC cannot find the new hardware.
