TO ADJUST BOILER TEMPERATURES
1. Make sure the machine is in “DAY” mode by verifying that the
“J” LED is illuminated.
2. Press and hold the “J/N” button. While holding the “J/N”
button, press and hold the corresponding button of the boiler to
be adjusted:
“J/N” + “V” for steam boiler,
“J/N” + “C1” for coffee boiler
Hold both buttons for about 3 seconds.
3. The illuminated LED pattern on the front panel will indicate the
current temperature setting. Use the above table to determine
the current setting.
4. If adjustment is necessary, use button:
“C1” to increase the operating temperature,
“C2” to decrease the operating temperature.
5. Once desired changes have been made, save them by
pressing and releasing the “J/N” button.
TO ADJUST STEAM WAND TIMER AND ESPRESSO DOSES
1. Make sure the machine is in “DAY” mode by verifying that the
“J” LED is illuminated and the “H” LED is not.
2. If setting espresso doses, prepare the portafilter with ground
coffee (Stella) or coffee pod (Pony).
3. Press and hold the “J/N” button for about 3 seconds.
4. Press the button to be adjusted:
“V” for steam wand timer,
“C1” for espresso single shot,
“C2” for espresso double shot.
5. Once the desired volume is reached, press the same button
to stop the cycle. The new setting is now stored.

Using a tamper, firmly pack
the coffee grounds into the
portafilter.
Your coffee will be nicely
packed after a proper tamp.
Insert the portafilter into the
espresso machine.
Press the “SINGLE” or
“DOUBLE” dose depending on
your preference.
Espresso will be dispensed from
the bottom of the portafilter.
Once completed, remove the
portafilter and dispose of the
used coffee grounds.
Fill the steaming pitcher with
enough milk for one drink.
Insert the tip of the steam
wand into the milk.
Press the steam button.
Heat the milk to approximately
155 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once at the proper temperature,
push the “STEAM” button to
stop the steam flow.
